About

Our lab was establised in 2013 at the Lund University Stem Cell Center, and from 2017 we started developing virtual reality tools to visualise data. We have now started to look at the application of virtual reality in the clinic, specifically in pediatric cases as teaching tool for heathcare professionals.

Projects

These are the projects we have been working on as we explore VR as a scientific and educational tool.

CellexalVR

CellexalVR is a VR environment for the visualisation and analysis of single-cell data. It allows the full exploration of multiple 3-dimensional projections while allowing metadata to be easily overlaid. You can learn more and download CellexalVR here.
